Carl Lucchi founded the I Refuse 2 Fail after spending nearly a decade researching networking organizations and events. Beginning in 2010, Carl observed a consistent gap between what networking platforms offered and what business professionals actually needed. "Unfortunately, many platforms and business people use networking platforms and events like a tradeshow vs. a place to build strategic business partners or "a team of unpaid salespeople" to help each other grow.
While most organizations provided similar services, they fell short in delivering what members truly valued: meaningful connections with like-minded business professionals and genuine exposure for their businesses. Carl discovered that many networking events prioritized social activities over substantive business interactions, wasting valuable time for serious entrepreneurs and professionals.
